The Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for the new business sales of our engagement and analytics tools. We are entering a high-growth phase that makes this opportunity attractive for a hungry sales professional who wants to contribute to our international growth.

You'll work closely with our customer and product teams, and our newly hired growth marketing manager to speed up our recurring revenue growth.

This is an opportunity where you will be able to build your own team in the long run. Ideally, you will become a strategic member of our team during the first 9-12 months in the job and start overseeing all of our sales activities.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Outbound and inbound sales of React & Share tools
  • Owning end-to-end sales process and funnel, including prospecting, lead qualifying, delivering killer demos, and executing closing strategies that bring new customers onboard
  • Meeting quarterly revenue targets
  • Hiring the first reps to your international sales team
  • Setting up sales targets and KPIs
  • Managing and coaching your reps to improve the effectiveness of our customer acquisition continually
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports


  • At least two years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM and other essential sales tools
  • You have hired and onboarded sales reps that meet their quotas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate our value proposition over the phone and in email.
  • Fluency in some of the major European languages is a significant advantage.
